ETEGL CALENDAR

Welcome! Wilkommen! benvenuto! Bienvenue!

Passenger trains race across the landscape at over 200 mph, connecting such legendary cities as Paris, Rome, Zurich, Berlin, and Budapest.  Romantic routes along castle-strewn river valleys criss-cross the landscape. Throughout the summer, dozens of steam excursions and train festivals draw admirers.  In Europe, trains are as much a part of the lifestyle as McDonalds is here in the U.S.  They are technically advanced, with millions of Euros invested in their develoment and infrastructure every year.  Their trains are as varied as the cultures of the countries they run in. It is for these and other reasons that we are enamoured with the railways and trains of Europe.  We love trains, and we think Europe has some of the best ones in the world...
