The design is finished, but the funds are lacking.  Help the ETEGL with a donation and get a DVD featuring the 2009 Märklin Modellbahntreff as our thank you!

November 2009: New Crane For the Kids

Thanks to a surprising find at a local model train show, the ETEGL is now in possession of another Marklin 7051 crane for the kids to play with.  This will help 'keep the action going' by allowing kids to once again try their hand at loading and unloading freight cars with the electromagnetic crane.

The Modular Layout

The ETEGL's club layout is in its tenth year with over two-dozen public displays since it was first shown in 1998.  Click on the image or the link to the left to see some pictures from our train layout and our presentation at train shows.

Members' Layouts

The club layout isn't the only layout that inspires our members.  Many of us also have our own home-grown layouts.  Click on the photo to the right or the 'Photo Galleries' link to see a few of them.

 ETEGL at the AAMRC
On February 21 the ETEGL will exhibit our H.O. scale Marklin layout at the Ann Arbor Model Railroad Club's annual show at the Saline Middle School.  Come out and help us run trains, or bring one of your own to run!  Information on the show can be found here:
